Strawberry Marketing’s design team has started using a more attractive and efficient emailing format; HTML. This means that instead of recipients having to open up a PDF file of whatever you are sending them, they receive the full document in their email window. Options are included to open the document in a web browser or download it as a PDF for those who want to. The advantage with this is that people are not given the option of seeing the newsletter or not; every recipient sees your logo, every recipient reads your company name, and everybody sees your main news. This has a number of advantages; your brand awareness increases whether people choose to read the whole newsletter or not, titles and images can catch the eye of somebody who might not have otherwise opened the PDF, and an HTML email looks considerably more professional and modern.
