NEW EXPORT SALES MANAGER AT OCEAN SAFETY

Roger Baker has just been appointed in the new role of Export Sales Manager, further bolstering the sales team at Ocean Safety. Roger’s remit includes Western and Southern Europe, including the Mediterranean and the Middle East (principally the Gulf). He will be developing contacts with a wider group of sales outlets – dealers, shipyards and refit yards, as well as developing a network of service stations in these areas to further support the Ocean Safety global network.
Roger speaks, reads and writes French, German and Italian and has spent many years, specialising in export across a variety of industries. Specific to the marine trade, he worked with Offshore Instruments, now Spinlock, for five years, and subsequently Cetrek and Whitlock. Before Roger moved across to the marine trade, he worked in export with a company manufacturing compressed air mining and quarrying equipment, which exported to North Africa, Italy and Germany.
