In May, the British Motor Yacht Show was graced with the presence of two beautiful Hinckleys: a Picnic Boat 34 and a Runabout 34. The motor yachts were well received by Hinckley’s invited guests and also generated a lot of interest amongst many of the show’s visitors. The boats have since become a regular sight on the Solent scene.
A new Picnic Boat 40, the latest addition to Hinckley’s range of PB models, has recently arrived in Europe, taking up residence on its mooring alongside the owner’s summer house in glorious Cadaques, Northern Spain. The rich, dark green hull compliments the turquoise waters and the jet boat’s shallow 60cm draft, facilitates anchoring in the smallest of coves.
In production are three Morris 36s, which are due to launch later this summer. These classic Sparkman & Stephens designed yachts are destined to cruise in the US and Canada and will no doubt be taking part in forthcoming Spirit of Tradition Regattas.
The first of Hinckley’s new, impressive, all carbon Sou’wester 53 yachts will also launch later this summer. Drawn by Bill Tripp, this yacht has been designed as a fast, safe, long distance cruiser, with the pilot house providing a significant feeling of space, for an open and comfortable lifestyle. The rig plan allows for easy control of the sails with push button hydraulics and line management systems.
Hunt Yachts were delighted in July to receive an order for the Ocean Series Flybridge 76, number 6! For the client, already a Hunt yacht owner, it was an easy decision to return to Hunt for this larger purchase.
Enjoying its first cruising season is the latest Morris 52 build. This beautiful ‘Sparkman & Stephens design’ performance cruiser is hand-built with epoxy infused carbon fibre and the finest solid and veneered woods.
Our Runabout 34 demonstrator is waiting on our Hinckley berth at Premier Marina, Swanwick, UK for you to view and trial a unique JetStick experience.
